Started by a generous donation from Dr Jack Tang in 2009 – the Ambassador Programme consist of well-trained volunteers who strive to promote public speaking among young people in Hong Kong.

 

Over the past seven years, the Programme has expanded at an incredible rate. Since the Programme was set up in 2009, we have reached out to over 20,000 students across the city. Alongside our school workshops, we hold Winners-to-Winners sessions for students to get hands-on experience with past winners of the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Standard Chartered Bank English Public Speaking Competition (HKFYG EPS). Not to mention, two years back, our Ambassadors set up a Speaksy workshop for students passionate about public speaking to expand their interests in the field.

 

Our ambassadors are all well-trained instructors and are winners of local, regional, and international competitions. With a variety of backgrounds in our ambassador team, we cater to students with different needs and strive to promote our services with the highest caliber.

With over 70 Ambassadors who are all professional and elite public speakers, we have participated in over hundreds of events and served thousands. We hope to continue serving young people in Hong Kong whilst promoting the art of public speaking in the years to come.
