Our Services

Our ambassadors offer a variety of workshops and public speaking services to cater to students' of all levels.

Introductory Workshops

Our introductory workshops provide students with an introduction to public speaking in general. Dividing the art of public speaking into verbal and non-verbal categories, our ambassadors teach students how to improve public speaking skills through a range of activities, whilst sharing their experiences as distinguished public speakers.

Our customized workshop plan began in September 2016, with an aim of delivering more topic-focused workshops to schools. Over the years, our evaluation forms have told us students like more detail during the workshops. In response, our team has launched a customized workshop programme, combining curriculum development and the public speaking workshop delivered by our senior ambassador experts.

Our workshops generally cater to students in the local HKDSE curriculum. Our common customized workshop series include:

Exam Skills

Impromptu Speaking

Learning Public Speaking through Drama and Poems

Learning Public Speaking through Debating

Learning Public Speaking through Social Issues

Learning Public Speaking through Workplace Communication

However, we are flexible in curriculum development for many topics, as per the school’s request.

Customized Workshops

Our Winners-to-Winners sessions are held in the months leading up to the HKFYG EPS contest. Students are invited to bring along a prepared speech for the contest preliminaries, which practice in small groups. Our English Ambassadors and Past Winners of the contest are present to give feedback to students on their speeches, while encouraging discussion as students learn from each other.

Winners-To-Winners Sessions

The Speaksy workshop series was launched in 2015, reaching out to students who wish to invest time in pursuing public speaking outside their schools. Through the teachings of ambassadors, sharings from guest speakers and intensive, personalized training, the workshops focuses on allowing students to develop public speaking skills they can use in the real world.
